My baby boy Owen is one today. I can hardly believe that one whole year has gone by. We had a little party for him yesterday at the park and it was a lot of fun. I made him a little cupcake birthday cake and he got a lot of fun gifts from his friends. He LOVES to drum on things so we got him a little drum to play with, but he ended up drumming on everything else first.
So I am allowed to eat this?

Just thinking about how much fun he is having and reminiscing about his life so far.

I really can't believe that my little boy is one. He has been the best baby and I love him so much. I can't tell you how many people stop us when we are out to say how cute he is. They think he looks like the little Gerber baby. He is happy all the time and I love his little personality. He could play in water for hours and hours and not get bored. He loves music and dances anytime he hears it. He says Momma and Dadda and he even said Shadow once or twice. I love watching him play and you can just see him thinking about things. I love him to death and can't wait for the many more birthday's with him. I love you Owen!

Thank heaven for blogs so I can see my grandson be ONE!!! I love you Owen and I'm coming up there next week. I'll bring you a fun gift. Is he not the cutest and best baby ever? You and Shawn are such wonderful parents and I know how important he is to you both...like you are to me and dad
OH I am so happy right now! I just want to squeeze you Owen! We love you so much and wish we could play more! Wow time flies. I can remeber the long drive up to see Owen born! You are such a good mom Sis I love ya.

I can't believe he's 1!! Seriously...it goes by fast with your own kids but I think even faster with other peoples! He's such a cutie...when do I get to see him again? and you?
